How should I clean my fusti?
Fustis should be cleaned with hot water thoroughly before use and also between each filling. Use a strong detergent soap at the recommended concentrations. Make sure to wash each component separately, including the spigot, O-ring, and threads. Let hot water run through the spigot to ensure proper removal of any flavor and product. Make sure that all components are rinsed thoroughly.
It is important that the fustis and their parts be completely dry before use.
Do not alternate between vinegar and oil in one fusti.
