California Mission
Smooth, mild, and delicately fruity, our California Mission Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a beautifully balanced oil with notes of green apple, almond, and a hint of peppery spice. Crafted from heritage Mission olives, a variety introduced by Spanish missionaries in the 18th century, this EVOO is a true taste of California’s olive-growing tradition.
With its silky texture and light golden-green hue, Mission EVOO is perfect for everyday use, offering a gentle yet flavorful profile that enhances a variety of dishes.
