Dear Customers,

Cibaria is currently fullfilling a large volume of orders. Due to our high order demands we have limited time and space to hold onto completed orders that are ready for pick up. We are implementing a new policy to address this concern:

Once you receive a confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pick up, you will have 5 business days to make arrangements and schedule a pickup.

Orders that stay longer than 5 business days after the pickup
email has been sent may be subject to a storage fee of $20 per pallet per month.
